The Pimlico Academy community paused at the eleventh hour of the eleventh day on this eleventh month of the year to mark the two minutes’ silence remembering those who died in the two worlds wars of the twentieth century and in subsequent conflicts.  The Last Post was sounded on the academy’s public address system, played superbly by Mr Quilligan, one of our Music teachers.

At the going down of the sun, and in the morning, we will remember them.
